Return Policy

At Slow Town Custom Lures, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds only after the product is returned in its unused, original condition, and are returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is not covered by us, unless the item is defective due to our error or negligence.

Custom Items:
For custom order requests we do not provide returns nor refunds. We make every effort to ensure the product is as close to your request as possible. You will receive a picture of the finished product before we ship your order. At that time please let us know if you would like reasonable edits to be made. In the event you do not respond to the finished product picture, within 3 business days, we will ship it as is.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
